In the Ups and Downs of Your Personal Sine Wave
Here’s what has worked for me personally.
First some back story:
In about 2008-2009, Pluto began to transit the MidHeaven of my astrology chart, squaring my ascendant. Back then I didn’t know about astrology, but I was about to enter the most challenging 10-15 years of my life.
God gifted me with a vision as I began to go through deep difficulties in personal and family life. That vision became the basis of the work I do today, and of my writing.
I still don’t feel that I’ve fully served my own God-given Soul yet. Sometimes, I feel that I’m only at the beginning. But, through the process I’ve come to understand how to recenter myself in my Divinely-connected, pure Soul-centered heart, and love myself anyway.
I have been blessed with realizing that life is wonderful and amazing, and full of gifts, even when life events break your heart and crack you open in ways you never expected, for years.
The blessings God gifted me in the process kept me going, gave me hope, and uplifted me. But, it was on me to look for them, to notice they were there, and to receive them, also.
As time went by, it became apparent that to learn to love, to just sit in the Creator’s love for me, the Soul’s love for me, despite anything and everything, was ultimately my mission.
In that I am satisfied and grateful.
Here’s what I learned:
I learned that the highs and lows of the personal sine wave I live that is my life, my experience, are all temporary.
I learned that if I allowed myself to align with my experience and perception of Divine Love for me, that miracles happened.
I learned that when I let myself love despite the lows, and beyond what my body could achieve as temporary highs, that I had a feeling of satisfaction that was beyond anything I had previously experienced.
I learned that connection with the Creator’s flame within, with the Soul that is the spark of Life that embodies and enlivens this material body with love and complexity down to its essence, becomes a felt experience of oneness with that Divine life force that feels amazing.
One of the things that helped me learn, move through heartbreak, and experience a heart opening, was the heart centered meditation I teach in my Rumble and YouTube videos.
The Ups and Downs of Your Personal Sine Wave
The Dark Heart
By allowing ourselves to experience our feelings, but not to focus on the experience by re-membering it over and over, and by learning how to release low emotions that are not ours, and to energetically burn off excess that we create or allow in our own energy fields, we can uplift ourselves back to a Soul-centered state of being.
An integral aspect of the process is a relationship with God, your own Soul, the Creator, Divine Will through you.
Because that level of love within you, does the healing.
The Light Heart
What I’ve found is that the ‘light heart’ can be joyful and fun, happy and laughing, but that this part of the experience of my personal sine wave is temporary, and that often it wasn’t felt deeply by me.
Sometimes I was simply on the beach, in Hawaii, knowing I should feel happy, sipping a mai tai, intellectually feeling happy, but deeper and more satisfied feelings evaded me.
It was the ability to shift to the center, in an integrated relationship of love with the Creator, with my own living Soul, that brought the meaning, the deepness, the felt sense of appreciation and love for life and living.
How Do I Manage My Energy?
Let’s face it, these seem like days where people are having strong personal experiences like never before.
How do we address the ups and downs of these experiences?
When we combine this trend with potential coming revelations that may be unsettling across our broader society, how do we manage the impacts of so much effecting us at once?
I’ll give you a personal example; living in California I was so saddened by the Los Angeles fires. We are 8-9 hours drive away from that city, but still living in this place, the sadness and despair was ‘in the air’. Many people in Northern California have been displaced by fires over the past 8-9 years now.
I have my dog because of the first early big fire, the Valley Fire, as he was rescued, having run miles away from it with burns on his paws.
When we combine the extraordinary number of people who have cancer now or are dying from other illnesses, it’s a lot for us to handle.
I have an extended family member who had 3 cases of cancer in their extended family in 2024, and other significant health challenges, and that’s just one family.
How do we stay sane, lift ourselves up from sadness, keep from entering into (non-medical) depression, yet still experience a full and happy life?
Bonus Content - the Astrology of the Moment
This is a key theme of the next four years.
My thought is, why not prepare and develop within the opportunity and ability within yourself to maximize taking advantage of these energies in your life, rather than being tossed in the energetic diaspora of disconnectedness and emotion.
Key Theme for the Next 4 Years
Full Revelation, Shining Light Where the Sun Hasn’t Shined, Until Now
Fascinatingly, the Sun at the Inauguration, representing the energy of the next 4 years Presidential administration in the USA, was at 0˚ of Aquarius.
This puts the USA under President Trump potentially as a leader of nations in terms of trends, technology, and social influence, as the world enters the New Age.
It’s so potent because the Sun at 0˚ represents the Sun at every degree of Aquarius, at the same time, and influencing by aspect all other degrees of the zodiac.
Placed at the MidHeaven in the chart, this is the Soul purpose of this Presidential term.
With Pluto conjunct Sun, the next 4 years, but most potently in the first 2 years, will bring incredible light and clarity to the full range of Aquarian experience, from the dark depths, to the most wonderful highs. We will see it all (Sun), we will talk about it all (Mercury leads this stellium of planets from Capricorn), and it will be potent and likely challenging particularly the next 2 years.
These revelations will most likely be about the structures of thought that have ruled us, that have influenced us, and their both positive and negative outcomes. In addition, new themes and innovative approaches will develop.
Remember, the innovation of the American constitution, which laid out an entirely new thought structure of governance, happened almost 250 years ago, the last time Pluto was in Aquarius.
