You nailed this so well with your quote. I was thinking about this topic today. We are invited so much in the 'news' on ALL sides of media into narratives that lead to anger that lead to hatred.
The invitation to hatred is one of the top energy trends at the moment and the last few months and years.
It's a sneak attack energetically, because hatred based in anger is also based in a belief that there is a need for self defense, which leads to the justification of all sorts of things.
How differently this contrasts with proper, centered boundary setting from a space of love within.
