Healing the Truth - A 5 Point Guide to Prepare for the New Lunar Year March 29
This is a Potent Time of Year to Plan, Dream, and Take Forward Steps
The truth is that in our culture, we have mostly lost the knowledge of the natural cycles and how to work within them:
To maximize our effectiveness,
To enhance our satisfaction in life,
To flow our experience more consciously, and
To experience more ease because we are working with the natural flow of energies.
We Currently at a Natural Inflection Point Between Sine Wave Energies
We are at a fascinating ‘in between’ time related to seasonal energy cycles.
What is the truth of the timing of the 'new year'?
-> The truth is that there are TWO 'new years'.
-> One new year is based on the Sun (the solar year).
-> The other new year is based on the Moon (the lunar year).
-> We are currently between the start of the solar year and the start of the lunar year.
-> Effectively, this creates a 'pause', or a time of planning, reflection and initiation of action steps in preparation, before initiation.
We Are in a Momentary ‘Pause’
This is because energetically, we are waiting for the start of the new lunar year.
When Did The Current 'In Between' Time Begin?
You've probably felt something change. Opportunities are occurring. Things are 'coming together'. You have choices of which way to go. That is the nature of the energies as the solar and lunar cycles intersect, in this moment (through March 28, 2025).
-> I estimate that the Full Moon February 12-13, 2025 marked the initiation of this ‘in between’ moment, this season (varies by year).
-> The energies will intensify through March 28, as we approach the initiation of the Lunar New Year on March 29, 2025.
We are in this period solidly through March 12 -13, 2025 (the day before the Full Moon for the lunar March month) with fuller intensity through March 28, 2025 (the day before the lunar new year).
The Next Few Weeks Are a Potent Time
We are at maximum energy for planning and taking initial steps forward in preparation for initiation.
This most potent period includes the March New Moon that begins February 27, 2025.
Why does the March lunar month begin in February this year? Because the timing of lunar months starts at the New Moon which varies month-to-month and year-to-year.
You can see that the solar year (n the chart, below) precedes the lunar year by 3 months.
In about January-March 2025, we are in the first quarter of the solar year.
In about January-March 2025, we are in the last quarter of the lunar year.
Cycles of Timing
Solar Year Meaning
We can look at the solar year as representing our Soul’s timing, and the lunar year as representing our embodiment of that timing.
You can think of it this way, when a child is born, the state of pregnancy occurs before birth (the solar year precedes the lunar year).
During this period, the parents plan for the life of the baby. They take action steps to prepare to initiate life with the baby, and the birth of the baby. They dream of what the baby will be like, what they want for the child in the years to come, how they will achieve these things.
Another way to say think of is that the Creator has plans for us before we are born. Or, that manifestation is initiated by our Divinity, God and the Soul.
"The heart of man plans his way, but the LORD establishes his steps." Proverbs 16:9
I look at the solar year as the manifesting of the Soul energies before embodiment and manifestation into Human form.
Thus, in general, the period from (December 21 or) January 1 through March is the ‘dreaming, planning, preparing’ stage of the solar year.
As the lunar year begins to initiate (February or about mid-February, varying by year), this is when the ‘pause’ between the overlapping energetic influences is felt.
Lunar Year Meaning
The lunar year brings initiating energy, it brings the energy for action, for motivating us to step forth in our lives and to do.
From the point of view of western astrology, and of farmers, the new year initiates with Spring (at about the Equinox on March 21) - or, with the New Moon in Aries.
The Equinox and New Moon in Aries are close but not usually on the same day, because the timing of lunar months varies by year.
Preparing for the Initiation of the Lunar Year
For our new year starting March 29, in the best case, what we create will be based in part on what we have dreamed, planned, prepared and done in this pause that we are now experiencing.
Of course, there are larger cycles as well that would be based on personal factors and based on larger cycles of time.
A larger cycle of time for example would be the initiation of ‘the Aquarian Age’ which occurred in tropical astrology when Pluto made it’s move into the sign of Aquarius.
A 5 Point Step by Step Guide to Maximize Opportunities for the New Year
Here’s an action plan to help you notice the opportunities available at this time:
Right now, and over the next 3-5 weeks, you will likely be noticing opportunities are popping up for you, being offered in a sense to you.
It’s my view that these are from are spiritual guidance, and our natural ability to attract frequencies that are aligned with our hopes and dreams as a living Soul in Human form.
Train yourself to use your mental focus to notice these opportunities.
Bringing these to consciousness, taking the time to notice, will help you see what is for you at this time.
If you have been ‘doing the work’ energetically, spiritually, focused on self growth principles and training your mind and energy, these opportunities might be more pronounced for you.
Try new things especially if they have even some resonance for you.
A to B to C isn’t always the way we get to answers and fulfill opportunities.
Sometimes A leads to B and then skips to M, but it takes our willingness to commit initially to get to that final place that might work for you in ways beyond your hopes and dreams; to a situation - person - opportunity that is just perfect for you.
At the same time, bring conscious focus to your spiritual practice.
Our willing alignment with Divine Will through us, enhancing our connection with our own Soul - the living spark of the Creator within, following Divine principles and God’s Will in your life as you perceive it, all create enhanced outcomes, because we allow our personal Divinity to be an active participant, one to one, living Human with living Soul aligning with Divine Will for you.
This creates fertile ground for miracles to happen.
Allow yourself to notice the positive, to be grateful for the blessings, small and large, to enjoy the path you walk on, to notice the support in your life both spiritual support, and through Human experiences and relationships.
This step just ups your attitude and nurtures your Soul.

The Solar Year, the Lunar Year, the Gregorian Calendar, and 'the Matrix'
The Solar Year
The solar year began December 21, 2024 or January 1 for the calendar year 2025 (the date difference reflects whether you emphasize the natural cycles of the Solstice or the calendar timing of January 1 to start the year).
There are different ways to view the solar year:
If you are an 'Earth person', then the new solar year began December 21, 2024 with the Solstice.
If you are a Christian, you could say that the new solar year began December 25, 2024, with the annual celebration of the birth of Christ - the Light returning to Earth.
If you focus on the calendar (the western Gregorian calendar), the new solar year began January 1, 2025.
If you focus on the scientific data, you could say for example, that the solar year began the first day that one more minute of sunlight expanded onto the Earth after the Winter Solstice period in the northern hemisphere. The Solstice is the day with the least sunlight (daylight) in a day, of the whole year, followed by a number of 'days of darkness' when the light is the same number of hours and minutes as the Solstice. The date of the first day of one minute more of sunlight in a day, varies by year, and differs depending on the specific location you are in, and it's longitude and latitude. The number of 'days of darkness' with the same number of hours and minutes as the Solstice, also can vary significantly depending on your location in the northern hemisphere of Earth.
The Lunar Year
The Lunar Year begins on March 29, 2025 this year 2025 (at the New Moon in Aries; the date varies depending on the start of the lunar month for Aries, and on the date timing of that calendar year).
My Take on the Gregorian Calendar (Western Calendar) and 'the Matrix':
First, my goal here is to bridge between systems to increase understanding of energy cycles among my fellow Humans.
My agenda is to explain how energy works and what energy cycles are, from my experience, study and perspective. God and my own Soul gave me this mission and it's what I'm passionate about.
When I analyzed the western Gregorian calendar, intending to prove that it was 'wrong', I came to understand what it accomplished, and to appreciate that.
I want to acknowledge that many people who focus on the old Earth systems including the lunar months have woundings related to this calendar because of how it was implemented and because of what was wiped away with the initiation of its structured use.
Calendarizing the dates in such a way can be viewed as helping separate Humans from their natural connection with the Earth, the land, nature itself, and the natural cycles of Sun, Moon and planetary bodies.
Please consider this, that Humans fell in frequency, and our disconnection from Soul, the Creator and Nature needed a 'net' to catch us, in my view.
We can talk about what caused the Fall (but I do not address it in this article), but it is widely accepted that this happened to Humanity.
I've spent many years thinking about this, reading the ethers regarding certain historical events, and looking at my own past life memories about events that occurred.
While we focus on the negatives of 'the matrix', in a way, it helped us have a mechanism of survival during 'the Fall', when having our Divinely powered full creative capabilities could have resulted in much worse outcomes potentially than occurred. We lost the abilities because we lost the connection. Adjustments to the energy environment had to be made from a spiritual strategic perspective.
A Note on the Gregorian Calendar (The Western Calendar):
I spent hours hand calculating lunar months of the year and through the process determined the following points:
The Gregorian calendar used in the western world nicely times the 12-13 lunar months (the number depends on that particular calendar year) within the solar year.
This is the key element that the Gregorian calendar accomplishes, that there is at least one New Moon and one Full Moon within each calendar month.
The result of this is also that the western astrology signs are timed exactly one for each month.
Given the number of items, events and bodies to consider and the complexities involved, I'm not sure how they created the timing of the Gregorian calendar year, in the 1500s, without super computing power. That leads into all sorts of other ideas. But, what we know for certain, is that the calendar was created and has been properly functional for hundreds of years.
